[Bug]: Refined Storage seems to be crashing my server

• I have searched for this issue previously and it was either (1) not previously reported, or (2) previously fixed and I am having the same problem.

My server are noting running up, and I always receive the same error about Refined Storage, something about request an item and receive air.
