using font-lock-fontify-buffer instead of font-lock-ensure

Could you please replace this according to the suggested emacs guidelines on using font-locks

It seems that emacs prefers font-lock-ensure or font-lock-flush instead of font-lock-fontify-buffer.

I recall looking into this issue a year or two ago. I don't remember exactly what the problem was with font-lock-ensure and font-lock-flush, but it was definitely either that the updates didn't happen sometimes, or that it was very slow when they did. font-lock-fontify-buffer was the best choice at the time, which is why I left it in.

Things may have changed since then. I'll look into this again and see what I can do.
