Support for Managed MediaSource

Apple added support for the managed MediaSource on iOS & iPadOS 17

Changes

• Use ManagedMediaSource if available
• Listen to startstreaming and endstreaming to stop/start scheduling of requests according to the respective event
• Add endpoint to change disableRemotePlayback attribute on the video element

Firstly, thank you for your work; it's outstanding! I've attempted to run this on my iPhone (iOS 17 public beta 6) with the MMS feature flag enabled, but it doesn't seem to be functioning. It does appear to work on Safari Tech Preview, though I'm uncertain if it's utilizing MMS or MSE. A log would be incredibly helpful in this case!

Added support for playback via Managed Media Source in #4319. Basic playback was tested successfully on an iPhone 15 with iOS version 17.1.1
