Add a view in the bottom of the campus watch, with DoJMA Logo and link

There are 2 problems:

1. Currently it is becoming tough for people to differentiate between inShorts and DoJMA's campus watch. This is becoming a source of problem since DoJMA is not being recognised for it's work.

2. There needs to be a clickable link in Campus Watch, this will help DoJMA to put important resources and references to Campus Watch for consumption.
