🐜 Bug description

Stopping automation code can inadvertently use managed_switch to produce incorrect states on shutdown.

Code should be adjusted to not run during teardown

There appears to be a relationship with synapse. It sends "going offline" -> entities are no longer cleanly "on/off" -> invalid result calculation
