XP Holder should stop interacting with players xp when outside of the zone

Describe the feature you'd like to have added

XP holders currently stay locked onto a player forever until it hits the target level, or the player logs off, which can be annoying in many cases.
I would love it if either always or with a toggle, xp holders stopped interacting with players XP when they step outside of the zone
