Describe the issue

If you give allay an item with upgrades it will duplicate all upgrades and toss is on the ground. Tool after picking it from allay still have upgrades

Steps to reproduce

1. give allay a tool with upgrades on it
2. pick up tool from allay
3. repeat

Expected behaviour

Either nothing or will do the same thing as broking tool and de-upgrade the tool to it's base fomr
