Ajouter un suivi des événements sur les transactions / écritures. A minima, ajouter un onglet suivi avec modifications/créations. Prendre en compte les suppressions.

Add event tracking for transactions / entries. At the very least, add a follow-up tab with modifications/creations. Take deletions into account.
