I'm not best sure how to troubleshoot this, Windows 2019 data center , Tesla T4 w/drivers installed. Can leverage the GPU in other programs without issues.

HM it's probs the virtual env we have it set up in

We'll look into this

In the meantime try the docker image

That should work every time in detecting and using a cuda GPU :)
