Incorrect target for large scroll #342

Start in the same way as #341.
Click on the scroll bar to the very left of the thumb. Notice:

{"Event":{"EventName":"Scroll","ID":"F0000.App.⍙3S36.Y1","EventID":"db1d4026-c942-4101-808a-e86f066292db","Info":[-2,0]}}

This indicates a large move to the left, with a target position of 0. However, the lowest position is 1.

If you click closer to the thumb, you will see:[2,1]
