Review the Bamboo plan "GWAS Catalog SW Release"

In the "GWAS Catalog SW Release" Bamboo plan, there is a step to perform a sync that takes a snapshot of the data on "wwwdev" Solr and uses this data when releasing the GWAS Search UI to production. This is one reason that a Search UI release can not occur in the middle of a Data Release, ie once a Data release starts it has to be completed and deployed to production before a Search UI release can occur. The steps of the Search UI plan need to be reviewed and updated as needed.

Note, the download files are not updated as part of this sync process so it is not obvious from the catalog stats displayed that any data was released.
