PMID 32737300
Submission ID 5ee2731d3152df0001d84087
Pre-publication submission. PMID was added to the submission [by author, I think] and added to the curation interface by curator. Submission was then imported to the curation interface and published.

PMID does not appear in the weekly_progress_totals .csv download, found on the 'reports' tab of the curation interface. However, the study IDs for each constituent study do appear - eg. 62245750.

This does not seem to have been a problem for any previous pre-publication submission that I can see. But maybe worth looking into.

@earlEBI has this happened with any other submissions?

Checked two other author submissions for metadata and sumstats:

For PMID 32042192, the PMID shows in L2 and Publish study columns, but not in 'study created' or L1 curation columns. The study IDs appear in study created, L2 and Publish study columns.

For PMID 32298765, the PMID isn't in the Weekly_progress_totals spreadsheet at all. But the study IDs are.

@earlEBI please can you keep an eye on this to see if it is happening regularly. This should get fixed in new curation app but we can prioritise fixing it if there's an ongoing problem.
