Downloading large data not working

🐛 Describe the Bug

I'm trying to update the download data documentation for LabCAS and when I click the green download button next to a dataset and complete the Data Use Agreement. I don't think any data is being downloaded.

📜 How To Reproduce

I'm not logged in. From list of datasets i selected - Automated Quantitative Measures of Breast Density Data

I clicked the green download next to one of the datasets
I completed the Data Use Agreement and clicked accept. Nothing seemed to happen.
I click the download again and the page seems to reload, but nothing is downloaded and no messages appear.

@yuliujpl i just tried this while logged in and I get the same results. Also tried using incognito :(
