Is it possible to display a small lock icon next to the data collection’s name to indicate restricted access on both the search and the collection list page?

If user is not logged in at all and they click on a data collection, they should see the announcements message "Public EDRN data holdings can still be browsed without LabCAS credentials. To view or download file metadata and data, user registration is now required for enhanced security. Click to learn more."
