Continuing to get Dependabot error

I included the npm package to get rid of the alerts for jquery that came when we try to push updates to the tutorial repository. However, I now see an error in the inclusion saying

Version update 834558736 Errored with the message "Dependabot couldn't find a package.json" 

This is seen under Insights->Dependency graph -> Dependabot.

@valeriupredoi and @bouweandela - tagging you both for assistance to fix this.
