I double checked all the rest of the links since I was there and all seemed fine.

The other JASMIN links have also been changed but are (currently) redirecting.

• Update links to the current address
• Restructure the text to reflect the current content of the links

I felt like the tutorial text didn't quite make sense with the current content of the links. I tried to finesse this a little - hopefully in a way that's helpful!?!
