This is relevant for alternate order for OK - Cancel button order on dialogs from different UX guidelines (GTK+ vs Windows. e.g.: for GTK+ is Cancel - OK and for Windows is OK - Cancel). This can be forced from settings.ini by using gtk-alternative-button-order but only if this method is used before.
