Please add feature adding delay on both image and to add sound to splash screen.

I'm guessing this is for color screen? We can't reduce the startup delay, so you want to be able to make it longer? What time range should be offered? Were you aware the startup sound you can replace SOUNDS/lang/SYSTEM/hello.wav? Or do you think that should be a configurable option as well?

Edit: I see from your comment in #2536 this is so can play music along with the image?
