Game crashing after using Modern Industrialization Fluid pipes with Oritech tank

Describe your issue.

When I use a Fluid Tank from Mekanism and transfer a fluid with the Fluid pipes form Modern Industrialization to a Portable Tank from Oritech it breaks the game after a few seconds. The world save is broken after this unless you delete the chunk where the bug occurred.
