The Issue

Basically my minecraft skin won't load and im stuck with the Steve skin even tho I do have a skin on my account
My friend who is playing with me do have his skin so I don't know what could cause this
The skins also seem to miss a part of their back arm textures for me and my friend

I don't really know how I did this I just installed my mods and launched the game
