No UUID on EBB36 and U2C

My current setup is:

• Pi 4 with actual Klipper
• Spider 2.2 via USB to Pi
• U2C via USB to Pi
• EBB36 via Can0 to U2C

Everything hooked up with 24V. not in dfu-Mode.
I have reflashed all devices according to this Manual, but I get no UUID to flash Klipper.
Any Ideas?
