Action Performed:

1. Log in with a new Gmail account
2. Create a workspace
3. Navigate to https://staging.new.expensify.com/settings/subscription
4. Click on the Auto-renew toggle
5. Select any reason
6. Click on the "Submit" button

Expected Result:

I should be able to disable auto renew.

Actual Result:

Unable to disable auto renew. Nothing happens when I click on the "Submit" button
