App Component: Workspace Settings

Action Performed:

1. Go to https://staging.new.expensify.com/home
2. Go to workspace settings- new workspace
3. Tap more features - enable distance rates and rules
4. Tap distance rate - add and delete a rate
5. Tap categories
6. Tap on a category and enable description hint
7. Enter hint and save
8. Change workspace name & save
9. Go to settings - preferences - change language to spanish
10. Open workspace admin room and note the system messages displayed

Expected Result:

For distance rate added/removed and for description hint, system message must be shown in Spanish.

Actual Result:

For distance rate added/removed and for description hint, system message is not shown in Spanish.
