Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to any chat.
3. Upload a video.
4. Tap on the video to play it.
5. Note that the video plays.
6. Go to Reports > Chats.
7. Tap on the video.
8. Tap play button.

Expected Result:

The video will play.

Actual Result:

The video does not play.

@luacmartins should I assign @wildan-m (and others?) to this one? Seems like a big PR so I feel like you will probably have the best context to fix this, if we're not planning on a revert.

Also the Mobile-Expensify sub-module seems to break git bisect which is annoying. Does that happen to you too? I was trying to drill down further but it can't be updated...
