Archer/Bard Does not use Straight Shot proc at anytime during the rotation when under level 70. Rotation also spams abilities also while out of combat and when there is no target selected, such as the Mage's Ballad and Army's Paeon. Rotation also spams that are on cooldown or otherwise unavailable and gets stuck until switched off.
