WHM doesn't seem to be using Medica III

Title. I also noticed that Medica 2 and 3 are both in RSR and have the same icon at 100 (assuming because of the ability change over when you hit the correct level), so I am testing whether or not disabling the spell labeled Medica 3 actually does anything to remedy the issue.

Odd, it's mentioned in the pinned post as moderate support so wasn't sure offhand what may have been happening there.
