Ninja - spamming Jin when synced below required level

Basically on Ninja I find RSR trying to use Jin when in Stone Vigil - at level 43, when Jin is not learned until level 45.

Trying to disable it in the Action tab doesn't work.
Tried it with every disabled Condition available and it still tries to use it.
Don't know if it happened before hitting level 45 (before syncing)
But it tried it before unlocking the ability and it tries to use it in any synced content below lvl 45.

This is a known issue due to how Ninja works in RSR, mudras are a nightmare and theres no way around it at the moment without a full rewrite of ninja
