DRK rotation missing skills

Disesteem will not be used at normal rotation
Also not use with force condition that I set the condition when Disesteem can use and delay 20s

If i set the force condition to always true, solver will try to click even it is not able to use

expected Disesteem will use after Living Shadow used

Maybe I dont know how to use force condition XD

Also sometime Scarlet Delirium / Comeuppance / Torcleaver will not use even used Delirium, energy full 100 and keep using basic 3 skills (Hard Slash etc.)

Not always can be reproduce this issue
