On some occasions, snackbar notifications get posted many times.

How to reproduce:

  1. log into JA user
  2. Go into a CV ticket and update the action taken field
  3. You should see a snackbar. Retry this a couple times, there is a high change you’ll see more than one (sometimes a lot more than one) per edit.

In all cases - the WS event is only sent once.
