Incomplete build instructions

Hi,
I am trying to get Lepton running with RPI Zero 2W (not sure if possible).
The first issue is of course the fact that there is currently kernel 6.X and not 5.X (again, not sure what to do about that)
However if you think I am not attempting the impossible, could you provide the script used for building the device tree overlay?
In the RPI instructuins on the 5.10 branch you compile it with

$ ~/linux/scripts/dtc/dtc flir-lepton-RPI.dts -o flir-lepton-RPI.dtbo

, however I have failed to find information about the ~/linux/scripts/dtc/dtc
