What happened?
Transition to location and upon loading up new location get an error of Failed to Spawn Item/Human/Subpart/wall because it has the duplicate ID of another Item/Human/Subpart/Wall and the server crashes. This has been occurring with alarming frequency on both Vanilla and modded servers though it seems more common on Modded due to additional items and NPC's.
I have been trying to troubleshoot this for various people over the last couple of months and have now been having it happen on a modded server. Last time it was on a vanilla server and an Oxygentank had the same ID as a Human and now its a Human has the same ID as a rockwall. This problem seems to be set at campaign creation and people have been attempting to navigate around locations that cause this bug by using backup saves until they encounter another instance. Once you have located one it is infinitely repeatable and will be the same error every time you attempt to level transition to that location/station/whatever.
This has occurred so often that on The Buoy we had two campaigns within 4 days of each other each have this. In one instance it was an Oxygenbottle and could not be fixed requiring the campaign be restarted on another it was a modded gun and removing the weapon mod sharing the ID allowed the save to be loaded as the item with invalid ID was now removed and the campaign progress to the end. On my current game I was able to make it three jumps into the Europan ridge before I hit a station with a Human and Rockwall both sharing the same ID, and will either have to restart or navigate around the location if I want to continue the campaign, until I hit another of these bugged locations.
Reproduction steps
Start a campaign with or without mods and navigate randomly across the map. A location with an invalid item sharing duplicate ID's has a chance to occur at any location upon loading. This location remains bugged and if you return after world steps have taken place it will still give the same ID error.
