Create appimage for floorp

I noticed that floorp releases a portable compressed build instead of an appimage.

In other words, work is already done, what's missing is adding the appimage job to the github actions

For example this simple script does it, it turns the portable build into an appimage, the only thing that needed to be added was the .desktop file which is hosted on the repo already.

The appimage is an easier to work with format and that makes it compatible with existing appimage utilities as well. (No need to be extracting the tarball and finding a .desktop and all of that).
