New tab focus on vertical tab bar.

Hi,
On creating a New tab, it should be focused automatically on vertical tabs and tab list should scroll to over there.
Right now if I have more tabs that I can see one time, new tab is creating invisible on the tab bar last position in the background and needs to scroll over there manually every time on vertical tab bar.
