Support for Local Named/Reusable Distribution creation and use (what Raino calls 'Groups')

We need the ability for users to create named distributions (what they will call 'Groups') so they can reuse them later.

Example:

Mark creates a thread with the distribution of @john.lewis:forsta @justin.mayfield:public & @jen.kniss:forsta and wants to reuse that distribution later and call it 'Mobile Team'.

Later Mark hits the Compose button and can select 'Mobile Team' which populates the thread distribution but Mark can still edit the thread title.
