Include current-user avatar in title bar / remove org text #297

Mimic the web app's title bar where the current user avatar is placed in the upper header as a menu opener (same as vert ellipsis). Include full org info in the menu when opened (again, just copy web app).

Probably should remove the left tray slide out as well, since this should include those details.
