I have 2 storage buses with equal priority on a subnet looking at 2 dual interfaces of another subnet, but if both are the same priority, nothing is seen, and if one has a higher priority than the other, only that is seen. (Storage buses set to only extract) (Same thing happens even if they are pointing to 1 dual interface)
