[WIP] Connectivity Visualization #73

Pyvis and Graphviz-based plotting options for connectivity between electrodes.

Remaining work:

  • Add option to choose any connectivity algorithm within the plot function
  • Add directional information. In the current version plots are bidirectional.
  • Documentation
  • Protocol and Tests

Please split 'interactive plot' and 'non-interactive plot'.

plot_connectivity_interactive() and plot_connectivity() for now.
