Replicable bug: Univariate LISA crashes with grouped variable #515

I found a replicable crash in GeoDa 1.8.13.11.
Dataset: columbus
Report is attached.

Steps:

  1. Create a time grouped variable (I had duplicated and edited crime but might work with any)
  2. Open univariate LISA and specify the time variable (I tried to switch from time 0 to 1, too)
  3. Crash
