GeoDa 1.8.15.9 — Mac OSX

When you merge a csv file to a spatial file through drag+drop, this csv file configuration dialog opens before the merge dialog does (probably default behaviour from regular open csv file):

Let's remove it from merging tables since it's confusing and not needed here.
