View metadata menu is disabled if no metadata are updated

Describe the bug

On master if you click on "edit metadata" and then click "go back to " without changing anything, is not possible to see the metadata anymore because the menù link is blocked.

Expected Behavior

Even if i dont update any metadata i should be able to see the current metadata information
