Hello.
I am trying to use pymp2rage for multiecho MP2RAGE processing.
However, on doing so, there are quite some hurdles.
First, the dcm2niix does not properly organize the files correctly, not to mention the headers regarding the TRs.
It would be greatly appreciated if you could share some of your experience regarding organization of the files.
BTW, I use a GE scanner, and use an WIP shared from UCSF. I manually input a lot of the header information using pydicom,
but it's quite difficult to make it compatible with dcm2niix, it doesn't seem to incorporate TIs, TEs, etc.
