Project Verification form not working for OG Projects

Before the verification form was integrated into the Dapp, we used a typeform. Now the projects that applied via the old typeform do not have an application saved in the db.

There were some projects like this who recently lost their GIVbacks Eligible badge for not adding updates and now when they go to the dapp to add the update and re-apply they are getting this message:

Is there a way to allow them to fill out the form on the dapp now?
With the QF round coming up, I am aware of a few projects that might now find themselves in this same situation.
