Request to consider aliasing white/black list

Hey folks,
I was hoping ya'll would be open to consider adding in aliases to the blacklist/whitelist used in workbox to exclude and include from routes. I think it's been well discussed on the issues around both the history of the terms as well as how it's not very inclusive. I'd like to propose that we add aliased terms like allowlist/denylist or something similar that is both more descriptive for folks not familiar with the terms and as a way forward that is more inclusive.
