The Automatically open PDF toggle opens a downloaded PDF automatically regardless of the toggle state.

This is the upstream behavior when an app handles the file type and is marked as android.intent.category.BROWSABLE. We can look into how other PDF Viewers including Google's one handle it. Maybe we should remove android.intent.category.BROWSABLE.
