Localization

Czech Locale now available thanks to @rampa3.

Further locales will now be automatically populated to the locale menu.

Failures

The failure state of records or assets has been updated. Failures are now properly logged to the log file and an in-app ui is presented too. Keep an eye on these failures and feel free to open issues for common failure reasons. There's one open for timeouts here #72 for example.

Groups

Group display continues to be mean. It's been re-engineered again... to be more hardy in displaying file spaces
