There is an issue with freezing the application with py2app + the BAG plugin.

I have opened this ticket:

Although the py2app issue is still there, with this patch to hydroffice.bag (https://pypi.python.org/pypi/hydroffice.bag/0.2.4) I worked around the problem by catching and ignoring the exception.
