Add new Portfolios

As per the latest CAN data from OPRE, the OPS Portfolios should be:

CWR: Child Welfare Research
OD: Office of the Director (new)
HS: Head Start
CC: Child Care
WR: Welfare Research Reform
ADR: Adolescent Development Research
HMRF: Healthy Marriage, Responsible Fatherhood
HV: Home Visiting
PS: Privacy and Security (not sure if this is new - was this Program Support?)
DG: Data Governance
NON-OPRE: Not a specific portfolio (new)

it’d be helpful to see how these portfolios align to Divisions as thats the important piece we need for OPS approvals

I have OD as a Division with TBD Portfolios on Program Support and etc

Data Capacity work appears to be missing from the list?

Need to check with Hilary if Welfare Research should be Welfare Reform Research

Divisions and portfolios are still in flux due to the re-org, but for now:

• Add OD as a division and as a portfolio within that division
• Add a portfolio for Privacy & Security within a new division for Division of Data Privacy (tbd director)
• Add a portfolio for Data Governance and a new division for Division of Data Governance (tbd director)
• Add a portfolio for Non-OPRE and align approvals to OD
