Summary

While the #70 is underway, planning for #89 is a priority.

This task is to:

  1. Decide if we need a "[30K] Opportunity API v1" or if the tasks like expanding the current data model can be best grouped into the [30k]: Search UI #89 .
  2. Identify tasks for the upcoming development work related to the project APIs
  3. Identify an LOE for technical work

Out of scope: Creating individual tasks. This could take the form of a doc if desired.
