Add optional "Modified" section at the end of ACF NOFOs

ACF would like a lil "Modified" section at the end of NOFOs in case they update the PDF. This will not be shown by default, ONLY if they go back and edit one in post. We told them to do this in grants.gov but they persist.

I think we can add a "Modified?" checkbox somewhere and that activates a final page with a lil set up like the screen shot attached (sorry about the mark up).

@admoorgit, have we seen this come up yet? If we have an example of this, we can probably build a feature around it. (add modifications could be a thing).

Capturing our convo (going through old emails) — ACF has added this to their content guide, so it's physically present in their NOFOs for now. No need for a code solution NOW, but it's likely something we'll want to address in the future. Maybe an update for FY26.
