Update readme description.

TODO:

Add code block with example usage.
Record example GIF (for both IOS and Android). Place an example gif in the readme file.
Add note about core functionalities:
- support pdf URLs
- works on both IOS and Android
- uses platform views so it can be nested in flutter widget tree
